How to Make Your Own Café-Style Coffee

Recreate the goodness of visiting your local coffee shop in the comfort of your home! Instead of buying those expensive flavored coffees, creamers or sugars, make your own with just 2 ingredients (each)! For toffee-flavored cream: take 1-part non-dairy creamer and add 1-part brown sugar. Whisk or put in your food processor. Place in an airtight pitcher/jar and chill. For cinnamon-flavored coffee: before you brew, add a sprinkling of cinnamon to your coffee grounds. As the coffee brews, it will instantly flavor your coffee and infuse your kitchen with the aroma of fresh cinnamon. For vanilla-sugar: mix one (dried) vanilla bean with about 2 cups sugar, place them in a food processor until the vanilla and sugar appear to have the same texture, Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any large pieces. If you don’t have a food processor, bury a (dried) vanilla bean among your granulated sugar. Keep in an airtight container for one week, and the sugar will be infused.
