This is just an extremely easy recipe for homemade coffee creamer. I demonstrate how to make chocolate creamer, and give a recipe for a vanilla creamer… but, always feel free to try experimenting, and coming up with your own flavors!

Sorry, I had to work fast with these so no video detailing each step of the way. Just the finished product.
Ganache filling: flavored coffee, almond extract, Ghirardelli dark chocolate, 1 teaspoon of sugar (to offset the coffee’s bitterness), heavy cream.
Shells: Hershey’s Cocoa Powder, Ghirardelli dark chocolate (melted and tempered).
