Crucial skills needed when opening coffee shop or other small business.?

I am 17 an have been in the specialty coffee industry for about 2 years now and would like to start to plan for opening my own coffee shop.I have aplied to get on to a 1 year cours on small business managment but i would like to know if there are any particular out side skills that would come in handy in the future when opening my shop?

The hardest part of owning my own business was handling the employees. From hiring, to training and ongoing problems, these are the hardest for any business owner to handle. Get some input on this along with your business management course and you’d be doing fine.
