Coffee recipes to make at home?

I’m a huge coffee fan, but I want to expand my horizons beyond just cream and sugar in the morning. I love the "specialty" drinks that I can buy at my local coffee shop, but I don’t want to spend $5 for a cup or consume all the sugar.
Does anyone have any recipes that I can make at home that taste similar to what the coffee shop serves?
.. oh, and you may want to buy a milk frother ..
The glass jar is microwave safe, so you heat the milk, place the piston/lid on the jar, and pump a few times. You’ll have frothing milk in a matter of minutes, and with that you can make several of the delicious coffee-shop drinks

Try this one: pour 1 cup of very strong coffee into the blender, add a few ice cubes, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 small splash of cream and a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Run on high until the ice cubes have been crushed, and serve immediately.
