are specialty coffee drinks made by hand or a machine?

i know at McDonalds, they use a machine. And I think Starbucks does it manually. Is this true? how about Tim Horton’s and dunkin donuts? And anywhere else you can think of. I"m thnkin the machine will give you a more consistent taste, but which is better? Thanks.

I think most of them are machine…or blender in most cases because they need the ice smooshed ofr iced drinks or mixing it a blender does a faster and bettr job also makes alot more…
