When David Gwathmey and Sheera Rosenfeld opened Grape+Bean (in Alexandria, Virginia), it was at the beginning of one of the worst periods on record for the U.S. economy. It tested their business plan, their business acumen and their marriage. Two years later, things are looking good for the future.
