Both Lead and Mercury affix themselves to fatty tissues or deposits inside your body. I doubt that coffee would dissolve heavy metals or that the PH would be sufficient to remove much of anything besides shit.
Eat fibrous meals and avoid preservatives.

Any “detox” program that has you taking pills or liquids via your mouth cant work. Your digestive system is one big biological filtration system, extracting nutrients and filtering toxins.
