The Cool Fool Kite Festival takes place every New Years Day in Veterans Park on Milwaukee’s Lakefront. The times are from 11 am until 5 pm or until we can’t stand it anymore. free coffee and Hot Chocolate from our friends at Caribou Coffee and Free snacks from Gift of Wings, while they last.
