When I lived, up ...
When I lived, up muka, in Kealakekua, Hawaii, I lived on a run -down place that had beaucoupe coffee bushes. I would pick the coffeee berries when they were red and squeeze out the white beans from the hulls and dry them in the sun.
Then, after they dried, I would roast them like pop-corn until they were dark. The aroma was rapture!!! Kona Coffee- sun dried and fresh roasted!!! What a gift from heaven!
