More info at http://www.coffeecaffeine.com Once the berry has been floated it is pulped this removes the coffee bean from the fruit that surrounds it.

Sorry, I had to work fast with these so no video detailing each step of the way. Just the finished product.
Ganache filling: flavored coffee, almond extract, Ghirardelli dark chocolate, 1 teaspoon of sugar (to offset the coffee’s bitterness), heavy cream.
Shells: Hershey’s Cocoa Powder, Ghirardelli dark chocolate (melted and tempered).

This time around we have another Drew Estate Cigar.
The Tabak Especial is a coffee infused cigar.
This was an interesting smoke for us, but regardless of what we think, we know this stick will be a favorite for many people!
